Free Support

Cirrus provides free support for any of our products via e-mail for a period of 90 days beginning with the date of initial license agreement + 10 days.

After the initial 90 day period of free support, two levels of paid support are offered (via separate support agreements).

Pay as you Go

After the 90 day period of free support, Cirrus will charge $250.00 for each separate support incident/request however long or however many e-mail messages are required to resolve the issue.

Pay in Advance

After the 90 day period of free support, a single payment of $1000.00 will provide another 12 months of email support with no per incident charges.

Cirrus stands behind its software.

If, during the period of any support agreement, an incident occurs that is determined to be a flaw in our software, the software will be corrected and provided to the customer with no charge for either the support incident or the corrected software.
